When does the provider get paid?
Not when you pay. The money is held and released when you approve the work, or automatically 14 days after it is marked complete if you say nothing.
What if the work is not what we agreed?
Raise a dispute from the order. Every payout freezes immediately, including any line already queued, and a person reviews what was agreed against what was done.
Can I change the scope later?
Extra work becomes a separate order you accept on its own. A provider cannot raise the amount on an order already running.
